“I grew up in a very small country town in the south of Brazil, playing with cats, with dirt and running barefoot on the streets. I loved going to my fathers farm, riding horses and helping animals. I always have been a free spirit.
My childhood wasn’t an easy one. All the trauma I suffered led me to be a rebel teenager and look for independence from a young age. I left my home town when I was 15 and from the age of 17 I lived far from home, studying Tourism and Hospitality in a party-beach-town called Balneario Camboriu in the South of Brazil. Here I was introduced to electronic music, mind opening psychedelics, and yoga. But my real focus at this time was DANCE!
As soon as I finished university, in 2007, I travelled to New Zealand, and it was then that I embraced yoga completely, met the love of my life and started to discover who I truly am.
In 2010 I moved to UK, married with a premature baby. Not long after I won a competition to go to Bali to do a 300hrs Yoga Teacher Training and since then have never stoped teaching.
Yoga is my stronghold, the place I always go back to. It helps me to be present in my life, to find my centre, to feel strong and flexible in my body – to feel embodied.
Since 2020 I have stepped into the world of Shamanism, which has led me to learn a lot more about myself, to increase my connection with the Earth and the Divine, and to step into my power more fully. I now share what I have learned and embodied in the various workshops I host.
Yoga and Shamanism are part of my everyday life. When I teach I take you on a journey with me so you too can feel present, centred, grounded, connected, strong, flexible and alive.”
