The folks I most desire to work with are deeply craving more from life than what we’ve been told they “should” want or settle for. They may be feeling lost, or disconnected from a sense of magic, beauty, and the juiciness of life. They are craving greater intentionality in their life, a stronger connection to themselves, and a sense of healing. They desire to experience freedom and liberation from the shackles of society that hold us back.

 Many of the folks I work with may be just beginning the process of moving from a period of darkness into the light. While others may already be on a path that feels aligned to them, but desire to more fully embrace pleasure and joy within their lives. I also love working with those who simply desire support in continuing to feed the primal fire within. 

My people want to be in community, to experience relaxation, but also aliveness. They want to step out of the busy-ness of every day life, get out of their heads and into their bodies, have fun, find clarity, and nurture themselves. My people are dissatisfied with how the world is and are looking for approaches to healing their connection to themselves, and the world around them. They may be yearning for a spiritual practice, or already have their own, and are longing to deepen their work in that realm. 

I am not here to fix my clients, and I only work with those who are willing to take responsibility for their own life. I am open to working with men, women, trans and non-binary folks - however my speciality is in working with those who have been socialized and experienced life as women.
