I see myself as a transformational guide. I support my clients to transform, to access their personal power, to deepen their connection with community, with the land, and ultimately with themselves. I am committed to helping women, in particular, recognise who they were before the world told them who they should be, and more closely align their lives with their desires. I support the folks I work with to bring more magic into their lives, and to re-enchant their experiences of the world.
I am committed to supporting the healing journey of all those I work with. Sometimes, in life, we may find ourselves feeling as though something is missing, experiencing a sense of lack, or unhappiness. I guide the people I work with to gather the elements they need in order to nurture and soothe themselves, and feel more whole and complete. I support my clients to peel back the layers of external conditioning, heal their inner or spiritual wounds, and become happy and fulfilled with who they are.
I am a yoga teacher with 15 years of practice, shamanic practitioner, and I also offer sound healing, massage, reiki, dance and other group programs. I weave all of these elements into my work with clients, though shamanism forms the core foundations and weaves most integrally into all of my work.
Shamanism is one of the most ancient forms of spirituality. It is how our ancestors connected with the spirits of the land, the trees, and the rivers. In shamanic cultures, everything is seen as having a spirit - from the rivers and the trees, to the pebbles and soil beneath our feet. I believe that we can find great healing through engaging in shamanic practices. Shamanism also offers us direct access and connection to the divine, the Great Spirit, the land, and all the other beings with whom we walk. Shamanic journeying allows us access to that other world - Spirit, allies, power animals, the divine, and all other animate beings who can support us on our journey as we move through this life.
My greatest hope is for all those I work with to feel deeply connected to themselves, the land, and to a sense of community. I want my clients to feel happy, awake, present, empowered and alive. I want them to cultivate a sense of support within, and outside of, themselves to hold them through the challenges that will inevitably arise.
