Yoga has the power to enrich our lives, by reconnecting us with the source of who we are. It connects us with our bodies, mind and soul.
Monday yoga session is gentle, nourishing and restorative.
Wednesday session is more active, strengthening and grounding.

Yoga, an ancient practice originating from India, is a holistic approach to well-being that encompasses physical postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation, self-inquire, and a philosophical framework. Through its focus on mindful movement, breath, attention and intention, yoga aims to create a deep connection between the mind, body, and spirit. On a physical level each asana is designed to challenge and stretch the body while simultaneously fostering flexibility, strength, and balance. Pranayama techniques regulate the breath, calming the nervous system and promoting mental clarity. Meditation practices within yoga cultivate self-awareness, can reduce stress, and foster a sense of inner peace. By integrating all these elements, yoga empowers practitioners to cultivate a greater sense of well-being, reduce physical and mental ailments, and ultimately live a more fulfilling life.
Sri Vidya Tantra, an ancient and profound spiritual tradition that originated in the Indian subcontinent.
Rooted in the ancient Vedas and Upanishads, Sri Vidya is a complex and multifaceted system of knowledge and practices that offers seekers a transformative path towards self-realisation and liberation. At its core lies the worship and devotion to the divine feminine energy, known as Devi or Sri Lalita Tripura Sundari, who is considered the supreme manifestation of the Goddess.
Through rituals, mantras, asanas, mudras and meditation techniques, Sri Vidya practitioners strive to awaken the divine within themselves and experience the boundless joy and bliss that comes from connecting with the Cosmic Mother.
This yoga tradition invites you to awaken to the profound understanding of the interconnectedness of all life.
With 18 years of experience, I will take you a journey of healing, transformation and self-exploration through yoga.
People often ask me "what type of yoga do you teach?"
My teachings come from the various trainings I have done, from reading books and yogic texts, and as well from my own personal practice.
Yoga, for me, is a way of living in the world and experiencing it with presence and awareness.
Yoga is about knowing who we are at our core, both light and the shadow, and knowing how to move through life by being ourselves fully.
Yoga is a way for self-exploration. It is through the practices of yoga that we have the opportunity to uncover and heal the parts of our ourselves that are stopping us from accessing the divine within.
For me yoga goes way beyond the physical, and it is a life long journey.
I first approached Polly seeking yoga classes, claiming I was just looking for a new way to exercise…
The truth of the matter was that I had reached a point of complete and utter burnout, and my mental and physical health were at a critical stage. I needed to make a change. And I needed some help.
When Polly offered me the chance to carry out a block of 1-1 sessions, I jumped at the opportunity and couldn’t wait to get started.
Using a very thorough intake form (in which I had to be completely honest…), Polly created a tailor made plan to help me work through all the challenges I was facing, whilst working toward the goals that I wanted to achieve.
In every session together, Polly held me in a completely safe space that allowed me to move through my stresses using incredible breathing techniques, yoga sequences and beautiful sound bath/ meditation at the end of each session.
By the end of our 6 week block, I was truly unrecognisable! I was sleeping better, less stressed/ anxious, and the best part…I had learned sequences and techniques in such a way that I could apply them in my day to day life, and identify when I needed them in order to bring me back down to being grounded and centred.
I most certainly intend to continue our sessions, as I just LOVE how it makes me feel, and how it has profoundly changed my life.
I will be forever grateful to Polly for the transformation she helped me to achieve; for her guidance, support, wisdom and most of all, her love♥️
